By accessing or using the BalticSec cyber security awareness training platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

BalticSec provides an online cyber security awareness training platform that includes:
- Interactive learning content (videos, text, images)
- Knowledge assessment quizzes
- Progress tracking and gamification
- Feedback and rating system
- User account management
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account by providing:
- Valid email address
- Username
- Secure password
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activities under your account
- Notifying us of unauthorized access
3.3 Account Termination

By submitting feedback, comments, or ratings, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for improving our Service.

We do not guarantee that:

- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
- Results from using the Service will meet your requirements

The training content is for educational purposes only and should not be considered as professional security advice. Consult qualified professionals for specific security needs.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BALTICSEC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or use
- Business interruption
- Personal injury
- Loss of privacy
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

13.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, or your local jurisdiction as required by EU consumer protection laws.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BalticSec regarding the Service.
